About the Event

Who’s it for?

This high-performance program is for U16 male athletes ready to sharpen their skills, strengthen their bodies and elevate their game.

Over six dynamic days, players will train in four key areas:

  • Strength & Conditioning (Land + HydroArmour Pool Training) Build explosive power, core stability and game-ready strength through a mix of land-based and water-resistance sessions.

  • Technical & Tactical Development Refine swimming speed, kicking endurance, ball control and shooting precision. Tactical sessions focus on small-number scenarios, cumulative counterattack (CA) drills, zone defence patterns and extra-man (power-play) strategies.

  • Game Play Match play sessions mid-week and on Saturday test new skills under pressure and foster strong decision-making.

  • Sport Science & Athlete Mindset Short workshops cover motivation, body awareness, recovery, nutrition and pushing through performance barriers.

Camp Highlights

  • Daily strength and pool sessions designed for peak performance

  • Specialist goalkeeper drills for all players (Thursday & Friday)

  • Progressive tactical training leading into match play
