About the Event
Players Born 2007-2009
Additional to club trainings our summer program includes 3 to 4 specialised training sessions where all players will hone their skills in various positions like: Centre Back, Centre Forward, Midfielder, Left or Right Hand Driver, Goalkeeping.
- Each session will be crafted to address the individual needs of players, ensuring that everyone receives personalised guidance and support.
- This summer program will have the opportunity to participate in the Singaporean Invitational International Tournament. Players will compete against top Asian national teams, including Japan, Singapore, and China. This is not only a chance to put skills to the test but also to gain invaluable experience in a competitive international setting.
- To further enhance our athletes' training, we are exploring the possibility of training camps in collaboration with BIWPA. These camps will provide a comprehensive training experience, ensuring players are well-prepared for the upcoming season and the prestigious Australian Youths Championship in April, taking place in Perth.
- In addition to water polo skills training, Magura Water Polo will also offer a dedicated strength and conditioning gym program. This aspect is vital for developing athletes, as it focuses on building overall strength, endurance, and athleticism, helping our players reach their highest potential both in the water and on land.
The Magura Water Polo summer program is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to develop their skills, gain practical experience, and prepare for competitive play. We are committed to nurturing a new generation of water polo players who are not only skilled in their craft but also competitive on the international stage.
